The Spine, Liverpool
The Spine is Liverpool's first Grade A office building in over a decade — a 14-storey, £35m landmark in Paddington Village and the northern home of the Royal College of Physicians, certified WELL Platinum as one of the healthiest workspaces in the UK. MTec delivered the Cat B electrical fit-out across three floors of this award-winning building.

A two-floor Cat A electrical fit-out at Barclays' Radbroke technology campus — one of the bank's principal UK operational sites. MTec's installation delivered the power and lighting infrastructure behind a high-spec corporate command-centre environment.
